Key Responsibility
Maintaining basic administrative tracker logs (i.e., Kitchen items, stationery etc) which helps in the smooth running of the organization’s activities. Assisting with coordinating procurements (preparing Purchase requests and requesting for quotations). Managing the office petty cash, reconcile and replenish regularly to ensure that the day-to-day office needs are met. Coordinating with the IT provider on all office equipment and IT related issues. Maintaining the office condition and coordinating any necessary repairs. Maintaining hard copy and electronic filing system of the organization’s documentations in accordance with policies and regulations for reference, arranging and coordinating travels and accommodation arrangements to enhance proper execution of the organization’s projects.
