Mercy Jepkosgei Kipkemoi

Mercy Jepkosgei Kipkemoi is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya with 3.5 years post admission experience in legal practice. She is an ambitious, enthusiastic and committed individual with a genuine interest and understanding of Conveyancing Practice, Land Law and Public Interest Litigation.


She also possesses explicit skills in drafting various legal documents not limited to pleadings, memoranda, legal opinion, letters, case brief, case analysis, research papers, reports and legislative drafting. She is a critical thinker who employs careful evaluation and judgment to everything that requires a solution or decision and a firm believer of self-explanatory pieces of work be it literature or art. Her skills make her a good contributor to the overall goal achievement.

Key Responsibility

Mercy is currently working with the Economic and Social Rights Centre -Hakijamii as the Program Officer, Land, Housing and Litigation.
