Key Responsibility

Ensures the efficient day-to-day running of the organization by providing comprehensive administrative, financial, and logistical support. She coordinates the planning and execution of events, workshops, training sessions, and travel arrangements, while also managing office operations such as correspondence, supplies, and scheduling of meetings. Provides administrative support to various departments, including data entry, report generation, and file organization records. She supports human resource functions by facilitating staff onboarding, maintaining employee records, and assisting with payroll processes. In addition, she oversees procurement activities, including sourcing quotations, preparing LPOs, LSOs, and ToRs, and ensuring the timely acquisition of goods and services. Her role further extends to providing financial support through the management of imprest, claims, petty cash, and reconciliations, as well as handling organizational documentation such as invoices, contracts, and purchase orders. She also plays a key role in preparing and disseminating both internal and external communications to strengthen the organization’s outreach and coordination.
