Ruth Moraa

Ruth Moraa is an expert in low carbon, climate resilient development planning with a focus on renewable energy, solid and liquid waste management, energy efficiency, cleaner production and sub-national development planning to promote greener communities, cities and municipalities. With over eight years of experience as a Country Coordinator with GIZ, she has been at the forefront of the NDC Assist Project, championing renewable energy and cleaner production. She is currently working as the NDC Senior Facilitator for Kenya. 

Ruth holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Environmental and Natural Resources Management, Bachelor of Tourism Management, Tourism and Travel Services Management.
