We invite you to explore our work in championing economic, social, and cultural rights (ESCR) for marginalized communities in Kenya including Indigenous Peoples and Local Communities (IPLCs) particularly women, girls, Persons with disabilities (PWDs), youth and the elderly. In the first quarter of 2025 alone, Hakijamii has made significant strides in policy advocacy, coalition-building, and amplifying community voices. We have strengthened the right to health, water, and sanitation (WASH), secured land and housing rights for the marginalized, enhanced public participation in budget processes, and expanded access to quality education.
